Kindergarten books that will get your kids ready for reading success

How do you know which kindergarten books will be right for your child? Children have different skill levels when they enter school for the first time but there are some skills that you should try to build to make learning to read easier.
The number one rule for finding the best books for children is to have your kids really love the stories they’re reading. Find subjects that interest your kids and then try to find books that enhance their learning skills. Teaching reading is easy when your kids are willing and eager to learn.
Find books that build on the following skills if possible:
- Recognize letters
- Learn phonics
- Identify different colors and shapes
- Follow directions
- Recognize letters
